when you shear off a bolt head while trying to remove it, you have the option of drilling a small hole through the bolt, then using what looks like a left-hand threaded drill bit that's tapered, as the bit goes through the hole you just drilled, it gets to a point where it grabs the bolt and starts to thread it out. I've used that tool before, but now I have to go buy one for myself and have no clue what it's called. Any ideas? George
